CEO Vickie Chen Receives Platinum Honor at the 2026 TITAN Women in Business Awards
CEO Vickie Chen was recognized with the Platinum Award for Outstanding Chief Executive Officer at the 2026 TITAN Women in Business Awards, honoring her leadership contributions to the gaming industry and her continued focus on innovation, inclusion, and community initiatives.
Under CEO Vickie Chen’s leadership, AviaGames has experienced major growth through its focus on accessible mobile entertainment, player-centered experiences, and continued product development. The company has grown into one of the Top 40 Global Mobile Gaming companies by revenue while expanding its portfolio for both casual and competitive players.
Beyond business growth, CEO Vickie Chen has actively supported diversity and inclusion efforts within the gaming and technology industries. She has encouraged mentorship opportunities and leadership initiatives designed to support women pursuing careers in technology and gaming.
Her leadership has also contributed to charitable campaigns including Play for Paws and Wonderland Wishes. Through these initiatives, AviaGames helped raise $222,000 for the Nevada SPCA and $136,000 for foster youth through Foster Love, reflecting the company’s continued commitment to community-focused programs.
The TITAN recognition follows previous honors, including CEO Vickie Chen’s finalist recognition at the 2025 Stevie® Awards for Women in Business. During GDC 2026, she also participated in the AviaGames × PayPal panel “From Win to Wallet,” where industry leaders discussed payout transparency and improving player experiences.
