US firms facing a persistent CPA talent shortage are turning to offshore CPA strategies to maintain productivity and client service. Offshore CPAs support tax prep, bookkeeping, audits, and workpapers at lower costs and with strong technical expertise. With cloud-based workflows, they integrate seamlessly into US teams, reducing workload and improving turnaround. This approach helps firms scale without sacrificing quality. In 2025, offshore CPA staffing has become one of the most effective solutions to bridge the talent gap.
