Shattering the Glass Ceiling: Women in Business

Despite progression in current years, the so-called "glass ceiling" still is said to exist for females in business. The glass ceiling is a phenomenon which some argue still exists, however, ladies like Adriana Kostov are shattering this ceiling and paving the way for an extra inclusive and diverse commercial world. While there are challenges to overcome, we can be constructive about the future of ladies in the business. By working to smash down obstacles and create an extra-inclusive workplace, we can harness the full viability of skillful and certified women, and gain from the special views and insights they deliver to the table.
