To get the most out of Kessime's Legacy, you'll want to Diablo 4 Gold incorporate the Fast Blood Aspect. Here's what it does: when Blood Wave generates Blood Orbs and you collect them, the cooldown resets instantly.

Blood Orbs also help reduce Rathma's Vigor cooldown, thanks to a passive that lowers its timer by 2 seconds for every 400 life healed or overhealed. This interaction creates a beautiful loop:
