RA Power Solutions manufacture Skl Engine Cylinder Liner And Cylinder Sleeve for diesel engine, compressors, forging hammers and many other applications. The Cylinder Liners manufactured are upto the length of 1600 mm with the bore size of 750 mm. This range of ours covers most of the auxiliary and main engine install on vessel or in industry. The casting of the cylinder liners is done in-house by centrifugal process which has various definite advantages, delivering the high quality casting free of any blow holes, pitting or casting defects. Each casting of cylinder liner is subject to thorough inspection for hardness, cracks, blow holes, pitting etc at different stage of pre-machining and final machining. The surface finish and the honning angle is maintained by the chris-marine honning equipments maintained by us in the plant. The cylinder liners are subject to thorough inspection by our quality control department and are dispatched with proper preservatives and in strong packing.
